1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Bucketick, the website at bucketick.com and the Bucketick app (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. If you are using Bucketick on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
2. Who can use Bucketick
You need to be at least 13 years old to use Bucketick. If your country sets a higher minimum age for online services, that applies to you. By using the Service, you confirm you meet the age requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.
3. Your account
When accounts go live, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you notice unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses caused by someone else using your account because your password went for a walk.
4. Your content
You own the content you add to Bucketick: your lists, notes, photos, and everything in between. By posting it, you give us a limited license to store, display, and process that content only as needed to run the Service for you, for example showing a list to the people you chose to share it with.
You are responsible for the content you post. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share, and remember that anything you mark as public can be seen by others.
5. Acceptable use
To keep Bucketick a good place to be, you agree not to:
- Break the law, or use the Service to help someone else do so.
- Post content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, or invades someone's privacy.
- Upload malware, spam, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Scrape, harvest, or collect other users' data without permission.
- Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your connection to a person or brand.
We may suspend or remove accounts and content that break these rules. We would rather not, so please do not make us.
6. Our intellectual property
The Bucketick name, logo, design, and software are ours and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not give you the right to use our branding without written permission. Your content stays yours.
7. The service is provided "as is"
We work hard to make Bucketick reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly suited to your specific plans for a llama farm in Peru. Use it at your own discretion.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bucketick is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You can stop using Bucketick at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. When we make significant changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Bucketick after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
